The format for the coffeehouses will be…
6:30-7:30, Song Circle Jam - Christmas Carol themed this month.
(People bring instruments and share a song in a casual circle setting… kind of like a campfire without the fire)
Break (to re-arrange the chairs)
7:45: Featured Artist/ Group - This month we are featuing Harp Muse. Jean Christian will perform her composition Ballad of the Worlds, a musical story themed on world origin myths. Jean has been working with Colin Maskell and has been supported by the BV Arts Council for this project.
Break (with treats and snacks)
Open Mic
(10 minute sets to finish up the evening)
Coffeehouses will be held the second Friday of each month starting on October 13th. Please spread the word as we hope to get full houses for the jam as well as the performances.
